• Prepare and explain the option contract agreement

 Financing And Closing

• Advice on the selection of the Mortgage Bank for the mortgage loan

•  Deliver document and information  to the  Mortgage Bank for the mortgage loan

• Your agent will assist you and the Mortgage Bank  through the closing process

 Organize and Prepare the Necessary Information

• Names, addresses and phone number

• Letter of employment and salary verification ( include start date)

• Bank account numbers (checking and savings), credit card numbers

• Name, addresses and phone numbers of personal,  business and credit  references

• Tax returns

• Pays stubs

• Expected bonus (verification from employer)

• Additional sources of income with verification

• Personal identification with photograph - driver’s license or passport

• Try to establish a Puerto Rico Bank account before you begin your search

• Brings funds to cover the  down payment

• Brings funds to cover the Credit Check: $58,  Appraisal and closing costs

 Financial Eligibility

•  As a guideline, you can expect to pay 28% (conventional loan)  29% (FHA Loan) of your gross monthly salary for mortgage
